CertifML LLC ("CertifML," "we," "us") builds and operates AI voice and messaging agents on behalf of our business clients. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you interact with a CertifML voice or SMS agent, we may process: your phone number, the audio and transcript of the call, and any information you choose to share during the conversation (such as your name, appointment preferences, or the reason for your call). Calls may be recorded, and our agents disclose this at the start of every call.
How we use it
- To provide the service our client engaged us for — answering, qualifying, booking, and following up.
- To pass relevant details to our client so they can serve you.
- To monitor and improve agent quality and accuracy.
Sharing
We share information with the specific business client whose calls the agent is handling, and with the service providers that power our platform (voice, telephony, and hosting). We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask to be removed from calling or messaging at any time — just say "stop" on a call or reply STOP to a text, and the request is honored immediately and added to our do-not-contact list. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, email info@certifml.com.
